Tree Planting

As of July 2020, Luano Honey has decided to commit K1 towards tree planting for every product sold.

We decided to kick our CSR up a notch and help give back to the community and planet in what we believe is the best and most consistent way to do so.

We have already planted some trees in Kanyama in tandem with some youth looking to green up their suburb, and donated a hefty 250 trees to the much deforested district of Chikankata. 

We will continue to raise funds in this way and look forward to spreading many more trees around beautiful Zambia as our business grows and our sales increase.

We dearly hope many other companies take note and find similar methods of giving back to the community or ecosystem.

While it is important for our businesses to grow, it is also incredibly paramount that we make consistent efforts to find creative ways in which we can give back and sustain ourselves and our planet.
